Your new role:
The Executive Business Partner – People & Culture supports three senior leaders across our People & Culture, Global Talent and Internal Communications teams in driving strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on diary management activities including scheduling meetings, events, and catering across time zones.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, read-ahead documents, minutes, and action points.
- Arrange national and international travel and accommodation.
- Provide support on invoicing, PO’s and expenses.
- Work closely with Finance and People & Culture to process sensitive material, including payroll, holiday, absence, and invoicing, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in driving change initiatives by supporting on projects and following up on actions and progress for timely completion.
- Develop efficient administrative systems, looking for opportunities to implement continuous improvement by automating tasks where possible.
- Support the wider UK People & Culture team, including facilitating inductions for new starters.
- Cultivate strong working relationships across various parts of the business, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
